Dr. Silvia Fluch has joined our team as the Head of Research & Development, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise that will undoubtedly propel us to new heights.

Silvia has more than 20 years of experience as a Biologist/Geneticist, with a strong background in applied research within the fields of forestry and agriculture. Her contributions to these critical areas have earned her widespread recognition. In addition, Silvia is a renowned expert in microalgae, and her innovative work in this field has made a significant impact.

Beyond her scientific achievements, Silvia also brings valuable experience in managing and collaborating with start-ups. Her entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments make her a perfect fit for our forward-thinking organization, where innovation is at the heart of what we do.
