  • THE EFFECT

    The herbal essences contained in GÜLLEMAX displace the putrefactive bacteria. Highly digestible carbon leads to a proliferation of beneficial aerobic bacteria, which accelerate the rotting of manure.

How to use GÜLLEMAX correctly:

Find your application areas

INITIAL APPLICATION for slats and slurry containers

0.2 Liter GÜLLEMAX per m³ slurry (as 5 % solution)

For dissipating drainage channel blockages and surface scum as well as treating slurry pits.
Within 30 days, surface crusts break up, channel blockages and sinking layers dissolve.

SOLID MANURE COMPOSTING

0.3 l GÜLLEMAX per m³ manure, dissolve as a 5 % dilution with water and pour over the manure in layers.

Manure conditioned with GÜLLEMAX is not as sticky and is less voluminous. Mucking out is facilitated, the manure rotting is accelerated.

Cattle

Recommended ongoing use for slatted floors, scraper dunging and stanchion barn.

Constant use: 
0.1 l GÜLLEMAX per LSU and week (14 ml GÜLLEMAX per LSU and day). According to the operational process it is recommended to split the dosage per week.

Slatted floors: 
Pour over the slats into the drains.

Scraper dunging: 
Pour onto the starting point; scraper distributes the 5 % GÜLLEMAX solution over the entire area.

Stanchion barn: 
Pour over the manure channel before mucking out

Shake/stir product well before each use!

Pigs

Recommended use for fattening, breeding and farrow, gestation stall and service area.

Fattening:
0.25 l GÜLLEMAX per pig and fattening period. Add 50 % to the still empty drains at the beginning of a turnover and add the second 50 % midway through the fattening period (approximately after 50 to 60 days).

Breeding and farrow: 
After cleaning pour 0.2 l GÜLLEMAX per m³ slurry over the slats into the drains.

Gestation stall and service area: 
Pour 0.4 l GÜLLEMAX per LSU over the slats into the drains every 4 weeks.

Shake/stir product well before each use!

Poultry

Recommended use for fattened chicken and turkey, pullets and laying hens.

Fattened chicken and turkey: 
1.5 l GÜLLEMAX per 100 m² of laying house surface area.

Pullets and laying hens: 
2 l GÜLLEMAX per 100 m² of laying house surface area (including sheds).

Recommended application steps:

  1. Muck out

  2. Spray dry floor, walls, ceiling and stabling areas with 5 % GÜLLEMAX solution and let soak for 20 to 30 minutes.

  3. Wash and disinfect, let the area dry each time.

  4. Spray dry floor, walls, ceiling and stabling areas with GÜLLEMAX solution once more and let dry.

  5. Deploy litter and transfer chicks/chickens to the care area.
